4. Disclosure of Information for Business Purposes

ProPM does not disclose your customer information to third parties except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

To provide and maintain our Products and Services, we partner with trusted third-party companies. These partners help us operate core infrastructure, enhance functionality, and provide support services. We verify that these providers maintain privacy and security practices consistent with ours and applicable data protection laws.

With your consent, we may share personal information with advertising providers to offer you interest-based or personalized advertisements. This may include identifying information, commercial usage data, device and network information, and geolocation. Some advertising providers may also use their own tracking technologies to collect additional data about your interaction with our Services, including in other apps or websites, to provide ads tailored to your interests. A list of our advertising partners will be made available here: ProPM Partners.

We may share information with data analytics providers to help us understand usage patterns, monitor performance, and improve the effectiveness of our Products and Services. Shared data may include identifiers, commercial activity, device and network information, and geolocation.

Marketing partners may receive limited data (such as identifiers and usage details) to help us communicate with you about our products, new features, updates, or promotional content. These communications are subject to your consent where required by law.

We may disclose your information to law enforcement, government bodies, or legal representatives when legally required to do so, or to comply with valid legal processes. This includes identifiers, usage logs, and geolocation if necessary.

We rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, cloud services, and data storage. These service providers help ensure stable and secure operations across our platform.

If you join a group within ProPM’s Products and Services, some of your personal information (e.g., your name or number) may be visible to other group members. In these cases, your consent may be collected or managed by a group organizer or administrator. Messages sent for service administration or group coordination purposes are considered standard business communications under applicable privacy regulations.

In the event of a business transaction involving ProPM—such as a sale, merger, liquidation, reorganization, or transfer of assets or rights—your information may be disclosed or transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. We will ensure such data is handled in line with this Privacy Policy.

We may also work with providers for direct marketing, cloud-based systems, or campaign hosting. In all cases, we share only what is necessary and only to the extent permitted by law.

Our Products and Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, apps, or services. These third parties may collect information independently and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. ProPM has no control over how those parties handle your data and disclaims liability for their practices, as further detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Advertisement Targeting Limitation and Do Not Track

You have control over how interest-based advertisements are personalized on your device.

If you prefer to limit targeted advertising:

  • On iOS devices, you can enable “Limit Ad Tracking” in your device’s Privacy & Security settings.
  • On Android devices, go to Google Settings and enable the option to “Opt out of interest-based ads.”

Please note that enabling these settings will not reduce the number of ads you see, but the ads may be less relevant, as they will no longer be personalized based on your behavior or interests.

Limiting ad tracking in this way will not affect your ability to use ProPM’s Products and Services.

At this time, ProPM does not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals or header requests, as there is currently no consistent industry standard for recognizing and interpreting these signals.
